Who am I?
Hi! My name is Gisele Galdin, I am 34 years old, speak two languages (English and Portuguese) and I am living in Vancouver, BC.
Experience
I've been working as an HMUA (Hair and Makeup Artist) since 2023 in Vancouver, BC. In the past, I worked for more than 10 years as an Art Director but I changed my career to pursue my strong passion for makeup at a professional level!
Most of my work has a monochromatic style (different tones of the same color family with touches of contrast or even different finishes) following trends, celebrity makeup and artistic makeup. Furthermore, my style has two sides: the first one is a soft and light beauty work and the other one is a pretty creative style with strong concepts and ideas. In other words, I can transform a model like a princess or even a beast! I can play using both sides and achieve something unique!
In 2024 I worked in the biggest fashion runways in Vancouver (Vancouver Fashion Week, International Kids Runaway and Elevate Fashion Festival), photoshoots, stage and beauty makeup.
